WHAT THE DIRECTOR BRINGS

Preparation that
makes room for you.

The Director reviews the private preparation, identifies what needs care and shapes the sequence of the gathering. A Council is typically an eight-hour day; its final scope is agreed with you.

    Private reflections and a clear purpose for the day. Participation stays voluntary.

  2. While you’re together

    A Director-led conversation, with time and place selected to support it.

  3. After the day

    The agreed written reflection or commitments, shaped by the scope and privacy choices confirmed for your Council.

BASELINE COMMISSIONS

Choose the scale
of your gathering.

These are privately commissioned days, not per-seat wine tours. The commission reflects preparation for the group, live Director attention and the work of shaping a useful experience around your occasion.

As a gathering grows, more perspectives and practical arrangements need care. The higher tiers reflect that larger scope—not simply extra places in a vehicle. Your proposal confirms the exact preparation, venue costs, live support, written materials and any additions.
