PERSONAL · A THIRD FIELD PRACTICE
The Union Covenant.
A private Council for a partnership entering or renewing a promise. Mark an anniversary, a proposal or a new chapter with time to talk about what the commitment means.
Ask about your gatheringA LITTLE FURTHER INTO THE CONVERSATION
The promise, in everyday life.
The Director may make room for questions like these within the scope agreed with you. They are invitations to listen, not a test of the relationship; either person may pass.
- What do you want this promise to mean in the lives you are living now?
- When you see things differently, what helps each of you feel heard without requiring agreement?
- What everyday act would make your care or commitment more visible to the other person?
What may stay with you
You might choose a small practice together, protect something that already works, make a practical decision, or choose no new practice. Any commitment is yours to agree—not a prescribed vow or promised outcome.
What this
makes room for.
The day can make room for your story, private reflection, chosen witnesses and words to return to later. The focus is what you choose to say and how you want to carry it into everyday life. This is not therapy, and participation is voluntary.
Your scope, made clear.
Personal Councils gather up to eight, and start at $3,200 for 2–4 guests and $6,800 for 6–8. Other sizes are quoted individually, and larger groups are arranged by proposal.
Preparation, live support, written materials and hospitality arrangements are different parts of the offer. Your proposal confirms what is included before purchase.

level of support.
Personal and Leadership Councils are Director-led. The Couples Map is a supported five-movement reading for home use; a privately driven wine-country day is optional. If you are unsure, Field Discovery can help clarify the next step.

Before you gather.
Is the Union Covenant only for a wedding or vow renewal?
It can mark an anniversary, a proposal or a deliberate new chapter in a partnership. The focus and the people present are agreed with you; a formal ceremony is not required.
What if we remember the same moment differently?
Each person can speak from their own experience without having one account treated as the verdict. The Director can help make room for those differences; participation does not require agreement or reconciliation.
What might we carry forward?
Perhaps clearer language for what each person needs, or a small commitment both freely choose. Written reflections or commitments are confirmed in your proposal. The Council does not prescribe a relationship outcome.
