BOOKING & CHANGES

Know what happens
before you commit.

An inquiry begins a conversation. It does not reserve a date, buy a report or authorize an invitation.

Experiences are offered by Second Humanity LLC, through Terroir Trails. Your written proposal confirms the service, total price, delivery or experience date, inclusions and applicable terms before purchase.

Your Map.
A clear delivery target.

Our target is five business days after every participant has submitted eligible reflections and confirmed sharing permissions, subject to a confirmed preparation slot. Your delivery date is agreed in writing before purchase.

Submitting an inquiry or paying does not start the preparation clock. Each person participates for themselves; a payer cannot supply permission for someone else.

If your group’s preparation changes

Late reflections, missing permissions or a change of participants may change the delivery date. We will discuss a revised slot and scope with you. We do not fill a missing person’s perspective with an assumption.

For couples, the Map is a human-reviewed interpretation of the season, supports, changing conditions and interaction—not merely a summary, a score or a guaranteed relationship outcome. It may open a practical choice; no new practice is required.

Wine-country days.
Confirmed, not assumed.

The package includes your Map, winery scheduling and a six-hour private vehicle with driver for up to eight people in one vehicle. It does not include a Director-led session. Tasting fees are paid separately.

Before booking, the written proposal confirms pickup and route, hours, vehicle capacity, winery appointments, meal arrangements, gratuities, taxes or fees, overtime and any other additions. Availability is checked; an inquiry is not a supplier reservation.

Director-led Councils

Your commission covers a separately scoped preparation and facilitated experience. Personal starting prices and the Alignment Council range remain as listed. The proposal identifies the preparation, live support and written materials included, along with venue and hospitality arrangements.

A Council is typically an eight-hour day. It is not the six-hour self-guided wine-country package.

Changes without
surprises.

Ask before changing the date, participant list, pickup, route or report scope. We check capacity and supplier availability, then confirm any revised price, fees, delivery date and terms in writing before changed work or new bookings proceed.

A new participant makes their own privacy and sharing choices. If a group or permission change invalidates an existing Map, access through the portal is withdrawn until a newly eligible report is reviewed and released.

Cancellation, deposits and refunds

These are confirmed in your written proposal before payment, including deadlines, any supplier charges, work already undertaken and what happens if the agreed experience cannot proceed. This page does not create a blanket non-refundable deposit or a promise of free cancellation.

We do not treat a change request as your acceptance of a new quote. Permission withdrawal is separate from the commercial cancellation decision and cannot recall copies someone has already saved.
